Delivery Information

Dear Customers,

In order to avoid any possible misunderstandings, please carefully read the Delivery and Claims terms.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us on working days from 10:00 to 17:00 at +359 883 360 060 or via the Contact form.

DELIVERY

  • All products we offer are in stock.

  • Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday.

  • Delivery is carried out within 2 to 3 working days via Speedy courier, between 09:00 and 13:00 on working days, to the address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery fee for ALL orders nationwide: BGN 9.00.

  • Delivery fee for ALL orders within Sofia: BGN 6.00.

  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Delivery within a fixed time interval is subject to an additional fee of BGN 2.40, payable to the courier company.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that your contact phone number is entered correctly.

  • Please make sure the delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to an incorrectly provided address.

  • An additional delivery fee will be charged for parcels redirected to an address different from the one specified in the online store.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment.

  • After three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

FREE DELIVERY

  • FREE delivery nationwide for ALL orders over BGN 150.

  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on Delivery

Payment is made upon receipt of the order from the courier. This payment method is available only when:

  1. The order value does not exceed BGN 300.

  2. The delivery is made to the person who placed the order (the delivery address and billing address must be the same).

  3. For ALL cash-on-delivery orders, a Cash on Delivery Fee of 2.0% of the order value is applied.

Bank Transfer

Payment can be made via bank transfer to the specified bank account.
This method is required for gift orders, i.e. when the delivery is not made to the person who placed the order and/or when the delivery address differs from the customer’s main address.
Please indicate the order number as the payment reference. The order will be processed after we receive confirmation of payment from the bank.

Credit Card

At present, DIRECT credit card payments ARE AVAILABLE.

CLAIMS & RETURNS

  • Product replacement or return (Art. 55, para. 2, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act) may be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods, only if the following issues are established at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier:

    • Damaged packaging (torn or unsealed);

    • Incorrect quantity delivered;

    • Product delivered does not match the ordered product;

    • Visible defect of the product.

  • For refunds related to damaged goods, please contact us directly.

  • All payments in Bulgaria are made in Bulgarian Lev (BGN).

  • All prices include 20% VAT.
